Tampereen Tyttöjen Talo in English

Tampereen Tyttöjen Talo® (Tampere Girls’ House) is a multicultural meeting place for girls and women aged from 12 to 29. The house is situated in the city centre of Tampere. Participation for all activities is free.

In the Girls’ House you can
– meet new people
– get individual support and help for different kinds of questions
– practice Finnish language
– use a computer
– get help with your school homework
– take part in different groups, activities (such as handicrafts and cooking) and events

Tampere Girls’ House is a women-only space.

It is also possible for family members to visit the house at fixed times. Please contact the staff to make an appointment.
